Técnico de Calibración e Instrumentación – JLLEn qué consiste este trabajo:

Como Técnico de Calibración e Instrumentación en JLL, serás responsable de apoyar las mejoras funcionales y operacionales de la instrumentación y controles utilizados dentro del Centro de Mantenimiento Central (CMC). Tu papel es fundamental para garantizar que todas las actividades se completen de manera segura y cumplan con los estándares de calidad más altos. Contribuirás directamente a los objetivos comerciales de JLL manteniendo la precisión y confiabilidad de los sistemas críticos de nuestros clientes, asegurando operaciones continuas y eficientes en instalaciones de manufactura y laboratorios.
 

Cómo se verá tu día a día:

• Realizar calibraciones y/o verificaciones de instrumentos y equipos según planes de trabajo aprobados, instrucciones de trabajo y/o procedimientos, incluyendo básculas y balanzas, medidores, transductores de presión, RTD's, transmisores de temperatura, sensores de humedad, sondas de PH, medidores de flujo y sensores de flujo
• Ejecutar pruebas en componentes electrónicos para determinar nivel de funcionalidad y capacidad
• Diagnosticar, probar y reparar componentes electrónicos y neumáticos utilizados en operaciones de manufactura BMS, laboratorios e instalaciones
• Realizar modificaciones, mejoras y recomendaciones a sistemas existentes
• Utilizar herramientas/instrumentos de reparación y diagnóstico eléctrico manuales y motorizados de manera hábil
• Completar toda la documentación BPM asociada con tareas de calibración y mantenimiento
• Planificar y coordinar servicios de calibración externos
• Ingresar todo el trabajo o crear órdenes de trabajo según eventos iniciales/solicitudes de cambio/control de cambios/programados/correctivos/bajo demanda y/o de emergencia utilizando el sistema de gestión de órdenes de trabajo
• Asegurar que todas las órdenes de trabajo se cierren apropiadamente y contengan los datos requeridos, reportes y garantizar la documentación GXP
• Realizar cualquier otra tarea y función asignada
 

Calificaciones Requeridas:

• Dos años de experiencia relacionada en Calibración e Instrumentación

• Certificación en calibración de instrumentos
• Capacidad para operar, inspeccionar y mantener todos los equipos y sistemas sin supervisión, incluyendo pruebas avanzadas y reparaciones
• 2 años de experiencia trabajando en un ambiente BPM
• Habilidad en el uso de herramientas y maquinaria requeridas por el puesto
• Dominio básico del inglés y capacidad para entender y seguir procedimientos operativos estándar
• Capacidad para levantar/empujar/jalar y cargar hasta 50 libras
• Capacidad para caminar/permanecer de pie por largos períodos de tiempo mientras está en el campo

Calificaciones Preferidas:

• Familiaridad con equipos de cómputo y programas
• Capacidad de operar BMS (Sistema de Mantenimiento de Edificios) y sistema de gestión de órdenes de trabajo
• Jugador de equipo, trabajador dedicado, buenas habilidades interpersonales
• Habilidades sólidas de comunicación verbal y escrita
• Competencia en Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) y otras aplicaciones de cómputo relevantes
• Disposición para viajar al campo a través de varios cambios climáticos y adaptarse mientras mantiene el equipo de protección personal apropiado
• Capacidad para comunicarse bien tanto en reportes orales como escritos y/o con clientes
 

Ubicación: Juncos, Puerto Rico
Turno de Trabajo: Primer turno - Lunes a Viernes de 7:00 am a 3:30 pm
