The Growth Center is Business Development Firm serving B2B SaaS companies, led by Ryan Schnitzler – located in Boca Raton, Florida.
We help our clients build predictable, scalable revenue growth engines — and as we grow, building an equally strong internal team is critical.
We believe growth comes down to two things: great clients and great people.
That’s why we’re looking to bring on a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us with our internal talent acquisition efforts – to ensure we are consistently attracting and hiring A-players for our team.
The role of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is to own and manage the recruiting process and to assist in the hiring process.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the recruiting and hiring process by:
- Managing inbound candidate flow
- Proactively sourcing new candidates
- Running first-round qualification interviews
- Maintaining a clean, organized recruiting & hiring pipeline
- Booking only qualified, high-quality candidates into second-round interviews
This role is critical to building a repeatable, predictable, and scalable hiring engine so The Growth Center can consistently attract and hire A-players as we grow.
Without this role, hiring becomes reactive, time-intensive, and a bottleneck to our growth.
So if you enjoy recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and building systems — and you want to play a meaningful role in scaling a fast-growing business — this role is for you.
Here's an overview of what you'll be responsible for specifically:
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Manage inbound applications across all hiring platforms
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other channels
- Run targeted outreach campaigns to attract high-quality talent
- Maintain a clean, organized hiring pipeline in our ATS
Candidate Screening & Qualification
- Review resumes and applications against role criteria
- Manage and evaluate pre-interview assessments (video, written, etc.)
- Conduct first-round screening calls with candidates
- Score and qualify candidates using structured scorecards
- Book qualified candidates into second-round interviews
Process Optimization
- Track hiring metrics and pipeline performance
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve hiring efficiency
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies and screening processes
Why This Role Matters:
Hiring is one of the most important growth levers in the business.
In this role, you’ll help build the systems that help The Growth Center to scale — and directly influence the quality of people we bring into the company.
