Hybrid role: 3+ days in local JLL office per week. Chicago, Dallas, or Atlanta preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our data center talent acquisition efforts and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy that directly supports our aggressive business growth objectives. This role will be instrumental in building the talent pipeline necessary to scale our data center operations, working closely with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and execute innovative recruitment solutions in a competitive market.  This role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive talent strategy in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the commercial real estate and technology industries.

Strategic Planning & Business Partnership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with data center business growth objectives and expansion timelines
  • Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build workforce planning models that support short and long-term business projections
  • Analyze market conditions, competitor landscapes, and talent availability to inform strategic hiring decisions
  • Create scalable recruitment processes and systems to support rapid organizational growth

Specialized Data Center Recruitment

  • Lead recruitment efforts for critical data center roles
  • Build and maintain extensive networks within the data center industry ecosystem
  • Develop specialized sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing recruitment team focused on data center talent
  • Establish recruitment metrics, KPIs, and performance standards that drive business results
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities in data center recruitment
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

Process Innovation & Technology

  • Implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  • Design and optimize recruitment workflows that can scale with business growth
  • Leverage data analytics to improve recruitment outcomes and reduce time-to-hire
  • Establish talent pipeline management systems and maintain proactive candidate pools

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Serve as primary point of contact between hiring managers and the recruitment team
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment progress, market conditions, and talent availability
  • Collaborate with marketing and employer branding teams to enhance company visibility in the data center talent market
  • Build relationships with external partners including staffing agencies, universities, and professional organizations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of recruitment experience , data center or critical infrastructure experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of building and scaling recruitment operations in high-growth environments
  • Deep understanding of data center operations, technologies, and the competitive talent landscape
  • Experience leading recruitment teams and managing complex, multi-location hiring initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

120,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
