The RoleWealth.com is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who does more than just fill seats, you build the engines that drive our growth. As a key member of our People Team, you will blend high-level strategy with "in-the-trenches" execution. We aren't looking for a paper-pusher; we need a hunter who excels at outbound sourcing and a builder who takes extreme accountability for the candidate experience.
You will be the face of Wealth.com, ensuring we don’t just find "available" talent, but the top talent required to disrupt the fintech industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesAggressive Outbound Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized networks, and creative outreach. You don’t wait for applicants; you go get them.

Process Architecture: Evaluate our current hiring workflows and take the initiative to implement new systems, interview rubrics, and ATS optimizations that up-level our efficiency.

Adaptable & Resilient: You thrive in the ambiguity of a scaling environment. When priorities shift on a Tuesday morning, you’ve adjusted your sourcing strings by Tuesday afternoon.
Accountable: You take extreme pride in your work. If a role is hard to fill, you don't make excuses, you find a new way to solve the problem.
A People Person with an Analytical Mind: You possess the emotional intelligence to deeply understand a candidate’s motivations and the analytical mindset to optimize every stage of the recruitment funnel.
