As a TAP, you will be at the forefront of this mission, directly impacting our long-term success by identifying and securing top-tier talent that support our Sales organization expansion goals.
Our recruiters take full ownership of the recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to managing the candidate experience and working closely with hiring managers. What You'll Bring to Engine:We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our Sales teams, collaborating closely with the business to understand requirements and develop effective strategies that prioritize quality, efficiency, and results.
Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source passive talent to create balanced, diverse pipelines that accurately reflect the total addressable market.
Candidate Assessment: Assess candidates’ interest, adaptability, and potential to thrive in a dynamic, open-source culture that values collaboration, transparency, innovation, and autonomy, while focusing on delivering results in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Candidate Experience: Build quality relationships with candidates throughout the candidate journey, leveraging timely communication while representing the Engine brand.
Data-Driven Influence: Leverage key metrics and recruitment best practices to make data-driven decisions, advising hiring managers and collaborating with the broader TA team, while effectively influencing stakeholders to align on recruitment strategies and process.
Continuous Improvement & Brand Elevation: Continuously seek opportunities to raise the bar and elevate our brand by identifying industry best practices, assessing competitors, and cultivating valuable networks and partnerships.
What Drives Your Success:Strategic Recruiting & Sourcing Expertise: 2-3 years of proven experience recruiting Sales professionals, preferably at more junior levels, creating a diverse pipeline of candidates through innovative sourcing methods. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and recruiting passive, top-tier sales talent in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Focus on Experience: A strong focus on delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience with a high sense of urgency.
Agility & Adaptability: Adaptability and high learning agility with an openness to new tools and technologies.
Team Collaboration: A strong contributor to a collaborative team environment, rooted in Engine DNA.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
