Ecolab is looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist II- Executive Sourcer with broad-based recruiting capabilities and passion for recruiting Executive Leadership and other business-critical roles. Sitting within Ecolab’s Global Talent Intelligence team, this role partners closely with Executive Recruiters and business stakeholders to develop talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, deliver competitive intelligence, and proactively identify leadership talent for current and future hiring needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic researcher, skilled talent scout, and trusted partner with a passion for finding and engaging top executive talent. 

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Executive Recruiters and stakeholders to develop and execute executive search and pipeline strategies. 

  • Conduct talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and market research to identify executive talent pools across industries, functions, and geographies. 

  • Identify, engage and build relationships with passive executive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, networking, social platforms, and other sourcing channels. 

  • Understand our talent and business priorities and communicate those to candidates as a compelling story 

  • Build and maintain proactive executive talent pipelines aligned to current searches, future succession needs, and business priorities. 

  • Assess candidate backgrounds, leadership experience, and potential organizational fit to support candidate prioritization. 

  • Prepare candidate profiles, talent market insights, target company lists, and industry research for Executive Recruiters and stakeholders. 

  • Maintain expertise in executive talent trends, competitive landscapes, and sourcing best practices. 

  • Track activity and search details in a timely and accurate manner, maintain organized workflows using tools such as Phenom CRM.  

  • Support continuous improvement of executive search, sourcing, and talent intelligence practices across the team. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree. 

  • 5+ years of sourcing, recruiting, executive search research, or talent acquisition experience. 

  • Experience identifying and engaging passive talent through advanced sourcing techniques. 

  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, and candidate research. 

  • Ability to influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and manage confidential work with discretion. 

  • Experience using labor market data and competitive intelligence to inform talent strategies. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Executive search firm, executive recruiting, or leadership talent research experience. 

  • Experience supporting VP, SVP, General Manager, or C-suite searches. 

  • Expertise in market mapping, name generation, talent intelligence, and executive candidate engagement. 

  • Strong executive presence, business acumen, and relationship-building skills. 

  • High integrity, professionalism, and comfort handling sensitive information. 

  • Goal-driven, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working autonomously in a matrixed environment. 

    Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

    The pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
