The Talent Development team has an exciting opening for a Talent Development Strategist to help us on our mission to uplevel and grow Tinuiti's talent. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development, this role will play a key role in the development, delivery, and success of Tinuiti’s Talent Development initiatives, with a particular focus on the Tinuiti Way and broader digital marketing excellence programs. 

Responsibilities

  • Learning Program Design & Delivery: Own the design and delivery of learning programs, including certification programs and live trainings, that measurably address business needs and employee development goals. Lead and curate impactful Agency and Client Delivery Onboarding programs.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business leaders, learning experience designers, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop, deliver, and measure tailored learning solutions.

  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Establish metrics and create reporting to evaluate program effectiveness, track employee progress, and continuously improve learning initiatives. 

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure learning and development programs are closely connected and supportive of company objectives, priorities, and rocks.

  • Innovation & Technology: Bring a focus on continuous improvement to our L&D programming. 

Skills & Experience

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven track record of success in a digital marketing role with 5+ years of work experience. Strong understanding of Tinuiti’s solutions, the Bliss Point App, and ways of working. 

  • Client-Centric: Builds trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders through thoughtful communication. 

  • Product and Data Led: Embeds technology into workflows to drive innovation and enhance efficiency. Skilled in analyzing data, extracting insights, and providing compelling recommendations for action. 

  • Project Leadership: Ability to guide large-scale projects, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives that measurably support business objectives. Takes initiative and drives accountability to support project success.

  • Owner Mindset: Strong interest and willingness to learn (and help others learn) new skills in learning and development and organizational development, including training facilitation. Proactively drives innovation, takes initiative, and moves projects forward.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can get stuff done, and who is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within Tinuiti.

The annual base salary range for this roles' listed level is currently ($90,000 - $110,000) plus performance bonus of up to (10%).  Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over 100% of the offered base salary (no cap).  Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
