JOB SUMMARY

As Talent Management Lead, you will execute a comprehensive strategy for enterprise-level talent practices, aligning them with organizational goals and HR objectives. You will initiate, develop, and continuously improve business programs that drive retention, promotion, growth, and succession of talent across the enterprise. This includes leading succession planning, workforce planning and additional talent management programs to ensure current and future talent requirements are achieved.

JOB DUTIES
  • Design and deliver talent management initiatives to support the ERCOT mission and vision.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure robust succession strategies and talent pipelines for leadership positions and other critical roles.
  • Lead the workforce planning process to analyze, forecast and plan proactively for workforce supply and demand.
  • Own the workforce planning survey including survey design, data analysis and reporting.
  • Identify and guide the development of strategies and actions to fill strategic roles.
  • Develop and manage an Individual Development Plan process that supports employee professional growth.
  • Manage and track the individual performance goal setting process.
  • Translate annual employee engagement survey findings into actionable strategies to improve the employee experience and support leadership development.
  • Utilize data analytics to track the effectiveness of talent practices, identify trends, and make data-informed recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide insights and reports to executive leadership on talent metrics and trends.
  • Provide Talent Management Consulting to the business to support technical development programs and competency models.
  • Support basic talent management system administration and reporting activities in Workday and SAP Success Factors.
  • Support Organizational Development Team initiatives as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 8 years of experience required in Human Resources, Talent Management or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree: Human Resources, Talent Management, Business Management, or related field (Required).
  • Preferred master’s degree in Human Resources Management, MBA, or equivalent.

Expected Salary Range:

$101,975 - $173,369
