Our Talent Operations team is the heartbeat of our People and Places function, responsible for building global scalable tools, processes and programs that support our employees at every stage of their employee journey. We are helping transform the way that the People and Places Team delivers service to employees. As the Talent Operations Manager, you will enhance employee experiences by providing unparalleled service across a spectrum of functions including onboarding, development, benefits, HR advising, and compliance. You’ll play a critical role in innovating and updating our delivery model, focused on providing exceptional service to our employees at scale. This role is a hybrid/remote role, with a preference for candidates who are able to commute to our Boston office.


About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Implement and improve people processes and programs that operate effectively at scale including employee relations, performance,  benefits management, compliance and more!
  • Build key partnerships across the People and Places team and supporting functions.
  • Motivate, manage and develop a team that’s excited to make an impact. 
  • Communicate recommendations on initiatives and influence stakeholders through data and thoughtful interpretation of findings.
  • Ensure our people programs and systems are responsive, agile, and aligned with both our immediate goals and long-term vision.
  • Determine and measure team capacity and know how to identify and mitigate areas of inefficiency.

  • You are experienced with using HR systems including Workday and intranet tools.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
