A day in the life.
The Talent Program Manager will play a pivotal role in managing MMA’s talent streams and programming. The Program Manager will optimize and support multiple talent-related programs and systems, maintain key vendor relationships, and support the overall talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization. This change management focused, hands-on role will champion MMA’s talent initiatives and innovative technologies new and existing, to propel MMA into a best-in-class talent organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Development, Succession & Performance Programs:
Act as a primary point of contact for Talent Review process, assist MMA CEOs and HR Leadership in executing process
Lead succession planning efforts by updating materials and coordinating communications
Oversee the administration of talent assessments and performance management tools.
Facilitate key talent development training sessions (e.g. "Leading @ MMA - Building Team" and "Interview for Success")
Manage nomination and facilitation processes for mentoring programs (e.g. MentHR)
Provide thought partnership to CHRO in Marsh-led talent deliverables (e.g. Marsh Ops Talent decks)
Promote Leadership Framework
Talent Acquisition Systems & Vendor Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact and administrator for talent acquisition platforms including Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, Omnia, ProfileXT, HireRight background checks, Glassdoor, Handshake, and ZoomInfo Talent
Manage license requests, renewals, user access, and troubleshooting for TA systems
Maintain and update user guides and provide training to internal stakeholders
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize system usage and resolve issues
Talent Acquisition Operations & Coordination:
Facilitate monthly and quarterly recruiter and TA manager calls, including agenda creation, invitations, and facilitation
Manage TA Teams group membership and maintain current documentation
Support national recruiting agreements and update job posting templates in alignment with branding
Coordinate participation in career fairs and external recruiting events
Track and report on recruitment metrics such as applicant volume and new hire survey results
Liaise with Marsh to problem-solve Workday recruiting issues and improvements
Employment Branding & Surveys:
Collaborate closely with employment branding partners to drive initiatives and share quarterly metrics
Own the administration and communication of internal and external surveys including New Hire Employment Survey, Top Workplaces survey, and All Colleague Survey
Manage relationships with survey vendors and ensure timely distribution and results communication
Intern Programming & Early Career Initiatives:
Coordinate intern programming resources group calls and manage intern competition logistics
Administer scholarship programs and related fees
Support early career engagement through collaboration with relevant teams
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain HR strategy and best practices decks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Assist with acquisitions when necessary and maintain acquisition toolkit
Respond to regional inquiries related to HR data and analytics tools such as PowerBI
Manage internal communication channels and groups related to talent programs
Occasional travel required

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or HR program management
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and quickly
Experience with talent acquisition systems (Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireRight, etc.) and HR technology platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
Positive change-management mindset and ability to navigate associated challenges
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform talent strategies
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, proactive problem solver and self-starter
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Smartsheet, Qualtrics, Power BI preferred
Strong command of Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, and learning new technologies
Knowledge of talent development frameworks and succession planning
Ability to facilitate training sessions and manage group communications

The applicable base salary range for this role is $107,400-161,100. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
