Job Overview
The Task Manager serves as a critical operational hub for the International Ground Vehicle and Sustainment Programs, providing essential support across international proposal development, portfolio management, and data analysis. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of project tasks, tracking portfolio risk, and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational excellence in international markets.
Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management & Operational Support
Action Tracking: Manage and execute portfolio-level action-item follow-ups including customer actions to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Status Reporting: Maintain and update status files and proposal tracking logs to provide real-time visibility into project milestones.
Lifecycle Management Support: Provide dedicated Life Cycle Management (LCM) support to ensure programs transition smoothly through various operational phases. Responsible for tracking artifact updates and following up with Assessors and Chairpersons to drive on-time reviews. Also required to actively track and close all review actions.
Meeting Facilitation: Lead recurring Order and Quote reviews, including the publication of meeting minutes and the tracking of resulting action items.
Risk Management: Facilitate portfolio risk identification and mitigation efforts, ensuring potential roadblocks are flagged and escalated.
Proposal Development & Data Analysis
Proposal Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure all submissions meet customer requirements and company standards.
Data Analytics: Perform detailed analysis of historical data, specifically focusing on past unit price history and material costs, to inform competitive and accurate proposal Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Education & Certifications
Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent project management or leadership experience
Experience
Experience in proposal development, program management, risk management, finance, or leadership roles.
Proven track record of managing complex task lists and coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
Analytical Proficiency: Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights.
Organizational Excellence: Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills for facilitating high-level reviews and documenting technical minutes.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $88189 - $149922
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
