Day in the Life:

Perform tax compliance, return prep, research, and planning duties

Develop and improve technical and professional skills by receiving ongoing feedback and continuous learning opportunities such as Cohen University and Annual Training

Surround yourself with a team dedicated to developing your professional growth, gaining hands on experience and insights in areas such as closely held business, registered funds, alternative investments, and more

Get involved in firm-wide initiatives that align with your passions—whether it's business development, recruitment, DEI, or community service, there's a place for your voice and impact.

Who You Are

Required:

Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s  

Major: Accounting 

Experience: 1+ busy season

Preferred:

Minors/2nd Majors: Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems

GPA: Minimum 3.0 

Journey to CPA: Pursuing required credit hours to sit for the CPA Exam

Estimated Base Range: $60,000 - $85,000

*Base compensation offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
