- Define and evolve the MDE operating model to increase development velocity, scalability, and execution quality
- Lead and develop engineering leaders across shifts, ensuring alignment, accountability, and strong leadership pipelines
- Drive organizational performance including safety, benchmarks, cycle time, tool performance, and development efficiency
- Partner multi-functionally with Process Development, Integration, Equipment, Manufacturing, and HVM to remove barriers and accelerate outcomes
- Champion systems, workflows, and AI adoption to improve decision-making, problem solving, and operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field combined with 10+ years of semiconductor experience, or equivalent experience
- Experience in semiconductor process development and manufacturing across multiple areas
- Demonstrated success leading leaders and delivering results through layered organizations
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to drive complex multi-functional programs
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams through coaching, talent development, and succession planning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field with 5+ years of experience
- Experience leading large-scale development organizations in DRAM or advanced semiconductor technologies
- Track record of driving organizational transformation, operating model design, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong collaboration and partner management skills across global and matrixed teams
- Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives
