What We're Building

Klatch has been in the space for 6 years, offering data labeling and data collection services across all data types. We've got early revenue, real customers, and a deep understanding of what's broken in the data labeling space. But now, we're taking things to the next level — an AI-powered labeling SaaS platform where machine learning does the heavy lifting.

💡 The Problem: Despite all the advances in AI, labeling is still slow, tedious, and costly. Data Scientists spend 60% of their time prepping data instead of delivering core insights.

⚙️ The Solution: We're building the next generation of data labeling platform — one that puts AI at the core, not as a fancy add-on feature. Think of it as "data labeling 2.0," where pre-trained models do the heavy lifting, and humans perfect the output. Our platform will leverage an extensive library of foundational models to make AI-assisted labeling the norm, not the exception. Imagine a workflow where you're not starting labeling from scratch but with pre-labeled data, with manual labelers simply refining the output. That's where we're heading.

We're building the tool we wish existed, and we've got the industry experience to know exactly what's needed. Klatch will be like Scale AI, with a data platform, plus branches like Remotask and Outlier for labeling and workforce management.

• Technical Heavyweight: Can architect and lead development for a scalable platform. Can apply first principles thinking. You’re comfortable in the world of ML/AI engineering.

• Financially Ready: You're in a place where you can jump on board with no initial salary, understanding that equity is substantial.

• Entrepreneurial Hustler: You know how to push through challenges and keep an eye on the vision.

Stage & Compensation

Let's be upfront: Klatch is early-stage and bootstrapped, but building this platform is our next big leap. This means:

• No salary (you need to be able to support yourself)

• Equity stake as a Co-Founder (this is a true Co-founder role, not a glorified first hire)

• Plan to raise capital once we have a demo MVP

• Opportunity to shape the product, culture, and team from day one
