As the Tech Process Senior Associate - (Media Activation Builder) you will serve as a vital member of moving a marketing program from conception to completion. You will support the successful implementation and execution of media campaigns across various channels. In this role, you will work closely with the production team to translate media strategies into actionable plans, manage campaign trafficking and delivery, and ensure campaigns are launched seamlessly and perform optimally. 

The base salary range for this full-time position is $62,000 - $74,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Position Responsibilities:

Campaign Implementation:

  • Setup and traffic media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., display, social, video, search)

  • Ensure accurate ad placements, targeting parameters, and creative assets are delivered to media partners

  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance, identifying and troubleshooting any issues

  • Collaborate with ad operations and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences

  • Collaborate with teammates to continuously optimize output and program performance

Testing and Optimization:

  • Conduct thorough testing of campaigns across different channels and devices

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any rendering or deliverability issues

  • Analyze campaign performance data from existing dashboards and platforms to make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization

  • A/B test different campaign elements to improve engagement and conversion rates

  • Provide campaign performance results in comparison to industry and internal benchmarks 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Review campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Media Delivery Manager

  • Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance

  • Assist in preparing post-campaign analysis and recommendations

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences

  • Collaborate with teammates to continuously optimize output and program performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in media activation, ad operations, or a similar role

  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn and ad serving technologies such as Doubleclick

  • Proficient in media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to identify and communicate issues to team lead and collaborate on troubleshooting

  • Understanding of marketing operations, processes, business requirements

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects
