SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE (Customer Migration & Implementation)

  • Supplier will independently perform the following tasks in the Next Gen Ariba functional domain:

    • Lead customer requirements workshops to gather business needs and document current Ariba configurations.

    • Analyze customer’s current Ariba landscape (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Catalogs).

    • Perform fit/gap assessments between existing Ariba configuration and Next-Gen Ariba capabilities.

    • Design target procurement processes and approval flows for the new platform.

    • Prepare configuration workbooks, migration design documents, mapping templates, and solution specifications.

    • Guide customers through functional migration, including suppliers, users, roles, catalogs, workflows, and parameters.

    • Coordinate with engineering resources to validate mapping logic, data transformation, and workflow outputs.

    • Develop functional test scenarios, UAT scripts, and validation steps for migrated customers.

    • Support customer testing cycles, including workflow validation, approvals, data reconciliation, and process walkthroughs.

    • Lead cutover activities, including configuration finalization, customer readiness, and go-live alignment.

    • Provide functional advisory on Next-Gen Ariba features, changes, and process redesign needs.

    • Create customer-facing documentation, including solution summaries, migration guides, and training materials.
