This is a remote position.

  • Focus: Bridge business teams and delivery teams for data engineering, analytics, AI, and Power BI work; gather requirements clearly and help keep scope sharp for parallel work streams

  • Key responsibilities:

    • Work directly with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements for analytics and data use cases

    • Translate business needs into clear inputs for data engineers, AI teams, and Power BI developers

    • Validate that delivered outputs match business intent before going back to users

    • Help define features and scope so complexity stays controlled and value stays high

    • Support milestone-based delivery across multiple parallel workstreams

  • What we’re looking for:

    • Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst on data engineering / data analytics projects

    • Strong understanding of data, analytics, reporting, and BI environments

    • Able to understand data flows, analytics requirements, and basic technical design discussions

    • Comfortable with Power BI, data platforms, and basic SQL

    • Strong communication skills; able to work with business users and technical teams

    • Ideal background: someone who has worked in data warehouse / analytics delivery and then moved into BA or BSA-type roles

  • Nice to have:

    • Healthcare or pharma industry experience is big plus

    • Experience in AI + analytics programs


    • Experience in customer-facing, onsite stakeholder coordination

    • Ability to work in fast-moving, end-to-end delivery engagements
