BAE is seeking an experienced AutoTime Technical/Functional Systems Analyst to join our team supporting AutoTime (timesheet/ time attendance /manufacturing) across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, interpret requirements, and determine how AutoTime can be configured to meet those needs.

Full-Time Salary Range: $108787 - $184937
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

BAE is seeking an experienced AutoTime Technical/Functional Systems Analyst to join our team supporting AutoTime (timesheet/ time attendance /manufacturing) across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, interpret requirements, and determine how AutoTime can be configured to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for AutoTime, providing day-to-day operational support, responding to customer requests, and resolving issues in coordination with the team.
- Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders, analyze them against available capabilities, perform gap analysis, and translate them into technical specifications for solution design.
- Implement designed solutions using technical expertise.
- Create ad-hoc queries and scripts to analyze data and support operational requests.
- Provide estimates on the impact and cost of requested changes.
- Present alternatives for requirements and solution design, and suggest improvements in business processes.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 5+ years' experience supporting Workforce AutoTime or other commercial timekeeping application.
- 5 + years' experience in a multi-tiered application environment with:
- Logical database design
- Oracle databases
- Understanding and creating SQL queries
- XML
- Experience interpreting user requirements and generating functional specs
- Experience in project deployment as a technical lead
- Experience with customer-facing / IT lead roles
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience supporting AutoTime Kronos (UKG) products
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Time and Attendance, Labor/Shop Floor Data Collection, and Payroll processing concepts.
- Experience with project accounting concepts and responding to audit/compliance requests.
- Knowledge of FreeMarker
- Experience with Oracle EBS labor, MES, and financial interfaces
