Reporting to the Director of Digital Products, EMR and Interoperability, this role ensures reliable, scalable, and compliant integrations that support seamless ordering, results delivery, and data exchange. This role works at the intersection of product, engineering, and external partners to define integration requirements, manage technical backlogs, and deliver high-quality interoperability solutions.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, health informatics, or a related field required. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: • 5+ years of experience in technical product management or product ownership with at least 2+ years of experience with Epic Aura • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or health technology preferred • Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and complex systems

Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered

Duties and Responsibilities

EMR Integration Product Ownership

· Own the technical product backlog for EMR integrations, including Epic Aura.

· Define and manage API contracts, data mappings, workflows, and integration requirements.

· Ensure integrations meet clinical, operational, and compliance requirements.

Interoperability & Technical Leadership

· Work closely with engineering, architecture, and integration partners to deliver interoperable solutions.

· Support testing, validation, and deployment of EMR integrations across environments.

· Manage dependencies across digital platforms, lab systems, and external EMRs.

Governance & Optimization

· Monitor integration performance, reliability, and adoption metrics.

· Identify and prioritize improvements to integration stability and scalability.

· Support roadmap planning for future interoperability capabilities.
