Product Owner - IAM / Saviynt

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise and deep Saviynt knowledge to lead and drive enterprise IAM initiatives within a university environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the IAM product roadmap and drive successful delivery of Saviynt-related projects.
  • Lead multiple cross-functional and federated projects involving Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and related IAM technologies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership, including providing updates to the CISO and senior management.
  • Facilitate technical discussions, understand solution designs, and ensure business requirements are translated into deliverable outcomes.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across the organization and ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Define requirements, assign technical capabilities, and oversee execution from initiation through completion.
Required Qualifications
  • Must have hands-on Saviynt experience and strong knowledge of IAM concepts and best practices.
  • Proven experience serving as a Product Owner, IAM Lead, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong technical understanding of Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and interconnected IAM ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-wide projects and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • French language skills are considered an asset.
  • Experience working within higher education or large, decentralized organizations is a plus.
