Job Summary
This job supports technical program planning and milestone tracking activities within established engineering processes and frameworks. It assists experienced program managers in documenting requirements, gathering data, and maintaining program records. The job contributes to cross-functional collaboration while learning standard program management methodologies and tools. Works under general supervision and may require training and detailed instructions for assigned tasks.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Supporting technical program planning activities and milestone tracking under guidance from experienced team members
  • Assisting with research and documentation tasks to help achieve program objectives using established processes
  • Contributing to cross-functional team collaboration by gathering and organizing program-related information
  • Following project plans and technical specifications while completing assigned program tasks with supervision
  • Maintaining basic program records and helping identify critical path items using standard tracking tools
  • Participating in the development of program goals by providing input and following established frameworks
  • Learning engineering processes and helping document opportunities for improving program efficiency
  • Supporting schedule management by tracking assigned tasks and reporting progress to program leadership
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $35.70 - $53.55
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
