About the Role
As a Technical Marketing Project Manager at NinjaOne, you will be the driving force behind high-impact marketing initiatives spanning Marketing Operations, Web Marketing, and Marketing Data & Analytics. You will own end-to-end project management across a portfolio of strategic programs-bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to complex, cross-functional efforts. You are the glue that binds multiple teams together, ensuring projects move forward efficiently, stakeholders stay aligned, and deliverables are completed on time and to scope. Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX (In the office 3 days per week Mon , Tues , & Thurs )

What You'll be Doing
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead the full project lifecycle-planning, execution, tracking, and closeout-across a portfolio of high-impact marketing initiatives. Ensure projects meet defined scope, quality, timelines, and objectives

  • Project Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, workflows, and meeting notes. Build and deliver regular status reports that provide transparent visibility to stakeholders and leadership

  • Stakeholder Management & Facilitation: Facilitate project meetings and cross-functional working sessions, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability

  • Risk Management & Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress across multiple workstreams, proactively identify bottlenecks and risks, and drive mitigation strategies to protect timelines and deliverables

  • Process Standardization & Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of marketing project management processes. Identify inefficiencies and champion scalable solutions

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the connective tissue between marketing, technical, and operational teams

  • Strategic Program Execution: Manage key Marketing Operations, Web Marketing, and Marketing Analytics components of large-scale programs-including brand campaigns, product launches, and 1st-party corporate events

  • Other duties as needed

About You
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management, with direct experience supporting Marketing teams (Marketing Operations, Web Marketing, and/or Marketing Analytics)

  • Proven experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced B2B SaaS environment with enterprise-level stakeholder complexity

  • Power user of Asana; able to build, manage, and optimize project workflows that serve as a single source of truth. Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a plus

  • Technical acumen and conceptual understanding of how marketing technology systems work-including APIs, data integrations, and attribution processes. Familiarity with tools such as Pardot, WordPress, Optimizely, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Snowplow is a strong plus

  • Highly adaptable change agent who can manage shifting priorities, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and pivot gracefully in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to translate between marketing objectives and technical requirements, serving as a credible partner to both marketers and engineers

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are collaborative, kind, and able to build trusted relationships across a cross-functional organization.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making mindset-you are solutions-focused, proactive about surfacing risks, and comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision
