Serve as product owner for an Android mobile app: define vision, write epics/user stories, prioritize roadmaps, drive technical design and metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, clinical, design), and deliver healthcare-focused mobile features using Agile/SAFe practices.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager capable of operating in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will manage delivery execution, engage in enterprise-level discussions, and drive reporting, analytics, and workflow coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive day-to-day project execution and coordination across teams.
- Maintain project tracking, KPIs, dashboards, and delivery reports.
- Facilitate enterprise-level discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage tasks, dependencies, and sprint workflows using Jira and Rally.
- Support analytics and reporting using Excel and Power BI.
- Collaborate with leadership on planning, tracking, and delivery governance.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Jira.
- Hands-on experience with Rally.
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
- Ability to engage in enterprise-level communication and decision-making.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Experience & Work Requirements:
- 5–7 years of relevant Project/Program Management experience.
- Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments (preferred).
- Healthcare domain experience is a plus but not mandatory.
