This role requires both strong project-management rigour and sufficient technical fluency to act as a bridge between engineering, operations and business stakeholders.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans: define scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, resource allocation and budget.
  • Lead day-to-day execution of technical projects: drive coordination of cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, operations, external vendors) to deliver outcomes.
  • Manage resources (people, third-party vendors, tools) and project budgets—track spending, forecast variances, escalate as required.

  • Ensure technical feasibility and alignment: work with engineering leads to understand architecture, dependencies, constraints and propose improvements.
  • Facilitate team leadership: conduct stand-ups, sprint planning or other cadence meetings as appropriate; ensure task ownership, track progress and remove blockers.
  • Maintain project documentation: status reports, change logs, lessons learned, retrospective summaries.
  • After project completion: drive post-mortem reviews, capture learnings, identify process improvements and feed into next project.
  • Additional projects as may be assigned by the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or similar technical discipline) OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (for example, 3-5+ years) managing technical projects (software development, infrastructure, systems engineering or similar) in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong technical understanding: able to engage meaningfully with engineering teams, understand development/infrastructure concepts, pose relevant questions and make informed decisions. (As noted:
  • TPMs “possess deep technical fluency, enabling them to engage with engineers … and identify risks.”)
  • Solid expertise in project-management methodologies and tools (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall hybrid, Kanban; tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills: able to translate between technical and business language, influence stakeholders, lead team meetings, present status and escalate when needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: able to anticipate issues, make trade-offs (scope/time/budget/quality), adapt plans and keep project on track.
  • Experience in resource and budget management: allocating resources, forecasting budgets tracking variances and carrying accountability for project financials.
  • Detail-orientation and organizational discipline: maintain project documentation, milestone tracking, change control, schedule management.
  • Nice to have - Experience in the domain relevant to EV charging, CPMS/EMSP, SaaS integrations, API platforms or managing technology-partner integrations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in creating PRD’s and running agile teams
  • Experience with vendor management and third-party integrations (especially if your ecosystem involves hardware/software vendors).
  • Familiarity with data-warehousing, analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake) or API management, if your projects touch those layers.
  • Experience in highly iterative, product-driven environments (especially startups or scale-ups) and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Exposure to API-first, microservices, or IoT/hardware-software integration projects.

It’s a plus:

  • Knowledge of electric vehicles and charging dynamics.
  • Industry expertise.
  • Start-up mentality.
