The Role - Technical Project Manager

We’re seeking outstanding Technical Project Managers with proven experience overseeing end-to-end product development cycles. Ideal candidates will have successfully delivered AI and software projects from concept to deployment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage AI + software dev projects from scoping to deployment
  • Translate ideas and stakeholder input into structured documentation, tasks, and priorities
  • Run standups, sprints, and keep all stakeholders aligned
  • Coordinate across devs, product, creatives, and business
  • Keep multiple moving projects on time and on point

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience managing AI and software development projects from concept to deployment
  • Proven ability to oversee full product development lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery
  • Strong experience with AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, API integrations)
  • Proficient in software development methodologies (custom builds, low-code platforms, SaaS)
  • Skilled in writing clear technical documentation, tickets, briefs, and process workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Jira, Slack
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Bonus: product management experience, knowledge of Xano, Flutterflow, Python, or LLM tooling, and experience with remote or asynchronous teams

Benefits
  • Base Salary: USD $1,000 per month.
  • Performance Incentives: USD $150– $500 per month tied to KPI over-performance.
