    • Execute well-designed communication plans tailored to audiences ranging from technical peers to business stakeholders of various levels.

  • Project Execution and Tactical Support

    • Assist with the creation and maintenance of asset documentation, artifacts, and usage guides.

    • Provide hands-on support to data science teams by managing project roadmaps, execution timelines, request backlog, and stakeholder updates.

    • Support the development and implementation of critical operating routines and agile practices.

    • Identify gaps and opportunities in current operating routines and champion ideas to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in business consulting, analytic or machine learning product management, software development product management, or strategic/analytical roles highly desired.

  • Agile and Scrum Master experience highly desired.

  • Proficiency in impactful storytelling, communication, and relationship-building across a broad range of technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Comfortable with working on novel, ambiguous business problems with no clear-cut solutions while flexing different roles to achieve project success.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and to set priorities and plans to meet business goals and objectives.

  • Experience in leveraging Microsoft tools to develop compelling visuals articulating complex analytical topics.

  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, python packaging, data science concepts, and cloud computing is a plus.

  • Exposure to Generative AI capabilities (and limitations) and use-cases is a plus.

  • Domain knowledge in Insurance and KPIs is a plus.
