We’re looking for a Recruiter in Mexico who can connect Bitovi with top emerging tech talent quickly  — helping us expand our nearshore team strategically and sustainably. 
The is a contractor role, with hourly pay ranging from $20 to $35 USD/hour. Hours are expected to average around 20 hours per week, but will fluctuate based on needs.

 

What You’ll Do

As a Contract Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in building Bitovi’s nearshore pipeline. You’ll partner with our hiring and delivery teams to find, engage, and close top technical talent across Mexico, and Latin America.

You’ll take ownership of full-cycle recruiting — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offers — with a strong focus on quality and communication.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top engineers, designers, and tech leads
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles
  • Actively search across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack/Discord communities, local networks)
  • Network in person throughout Mexico — partnering with local organizations, universities, and tech education programs to create a consistent flow of top candidates
  • Screen candidates for both technical alignment and communication skills
  • Serve as Bitovi’s local guide to the Mexico talent market, advising on trends, compensation expectations, and candidate behaviors
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align priorities and timelines
  • Track weekly progress and adapt strategies to meet hiring goals

  • Know the Mexican tech market and compensation trends
