Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing, or sales engineering role
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, industrial automation, or advanced manufacturing environments preferred
Related experience may include:
- Automated systems such as machine tools, robotic cells, assembly fixtures, jigs, or tooling
- Factory automation, assembly systems, or machine manufacturing
- Manufacturing applications with composite materials (thermoset or thermoplastic)
- Experience developing or supporting technical proposals, quotations, or customer solutions is strongly preferred
Qualifications:
- Ability to evaluate complex technical requirements and shape solutions that align with customer business objectives
- Experience creating and presenting sales proposals
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Personable and outgoing; comfortable speaking in front of groups of people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured proposals and customer-facing materials
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and ability to obtain a valid US passport
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of technical and commercial proposals, including scope definition, solution design, and pricing
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and production teams to develop solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Work with sales teams to understand customer needs and support proposal development
- Present and communicate proposed solutions to customers and internal stakeholders
- Support the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through proposal submission
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support sales efforts and proposal development
- Identify potential opportunities for new markets, customers, and solution offerings
