BreadPartners, Inc., headquartered in Cinnaminson, NJ, is seeking Regional Technical Sales Representatives to join our expanding team.  Family-owned and operated, BreadPartners, Inc., is a leading provider of premium baking solutions dedicated to empowering bakers with the tools and ingredients needed to create exceptional baked goods consistently and confidently. Technical Sales Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and ingredients
  • Demonstrate product functionality and training to potential customers and current customers
  • Create recipes and cultivate innovation with our products
  • Identify customer needs and match products accordingly
  • Address the technical requirements of customers
  • Solve challenges related to equipment and process optimization
  • Provide pre-and post-sale technical support
  • Grow sales through product demos and research market intelligence
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers


Requirements


  • Minimum 5+ years of baking experience with yeast-raised applications 
  • Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Self-disciplined, works independently, and has a strong ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability for overnight travel as needed
  • Valid US driver’s license and reliable means of transportation (car)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
