The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates, and enhance recruitment processes.
We are seeking a proactive and passionate Technology Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role with a strong focus on technology positions, where you will be a key player in shaping our company's future by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. If you thrive on building relationships and creating an exceptional candidate experience, this role is for you.
What you will do:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles – from defining job requirements and deep CV screening, through proactive sourcing, professional interviews, offers, and onboarding. Roles may include software developers, system engineers, infrastructure, IT, and other technology-related positions.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with their goals.
- Proactive Sourcing: Identify and engage top technology candidates through advanced sourcing channels (LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, Boolean searches, etc.), while building strong and sustainable talent pipelines.
- Employer Branding: Represent and promote our company brand on social media and other professional platforms.
- Process Improvement: Actively contribute to our recruitment strategy, helping to define best practices and lead innovative projects to enhance our processes.
What you'll need:
- BA Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Communications, or related fields
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technology roles.
- Proven track record of independently managing recruitment processes, sourcing, and closing offers.
- Strong experience with various selection processes (phone interviews, in-depth interviews, reference checks, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trust and credibility with hiring managers - this isn't about simply filling roles- It's about building partnership!
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and high-level English.
- A team player with a passion for talent acquisition as a profession.
