ZS is a place where passion changes lives. As a management consulting and technology firm focused on improving life and how we live it, we transform ideas into impact by bringing together data, science, technology and human ingenuity to deliver better outcomes for all. Here you'll work side-by-side with a powerful collective of thinkers and experts shaping life-changing solutions for patients, caregivers and consumers, worldwide. ZSers drive impact by bringing a client-first mentality to each and every engagement. We partner collaboratively with our clients to develop custom solutions and technology products that create value and deliver company results across critical areas of their business. Bring your curiosity for learning, bold ideas, courage and passion to drive life-changing impact to ZS.
ZS's Digital and Technology group helps clients reinvent how work gets done through AI, data, digital platforms, intelligent automation, and modern product delivery. We partner with life sciences organizations to move beyond traditional transformation approaches and build AI-first enterprises where technology, workflows, decisions, and workforce models are redesigned together. Our work spans digital strategy, enterprise data and AI, intelligent automation, digital product and platform delivery, process and operating model reinvention, and transformation execution at scale.
Within this group, ZS's Digital Transformation Operating System ( DTxOS ) brings together transformation orchestration, value realization, business and workforce redesign, adaptive change, and technology delivery into one integrated approach. Rather than treating strategy, execution, and adoption as separate workstreams, DTxOS helps clients continuously sense, decide, intervene, and learn as transformation unfolds. The result is faster decision-making, tighter alignment between business and technology, and stronger realization of value from large-scale digital investments.
This role will work with ZS's Digital Transformation leadership team to help develop and scale DTxOS - ZS's integrated approach for shaping and delivering large-scale digital transformations. The role will shape and support complex client engagements focused on applying next-generation technology to transformation orchestration, value realization, decision governance, business and workforce redesign, and technology-enabled adoption across life sciences organizations. This individual will help clients translate transformation ambition into executable roadmaps, measurable business outcomes, and sustained operational change. The role will also contribute to the evolution of ZS's transformation methods , offerings, thought capital, and go-to-market approach in digital and business transformation.
What You'll Do
  • Shape and deliver AI-enabled transformation programs that redesign business processes, decisions, and operating models at scale
  • Help clients apply AI, automation, data, and digital platforms to unlock measurable business value, not just technology deployment
  • Run intelligent transformation governance with clear decision forums, leading indicators, and rapid intervention when value, delivery, or adoption drifts
  • Partner across business, product, engineering, and change teams to connect strategy, execution, and adoption in one integrated transformation model
  • Redesign workflows, roles, and Human+AI ways of working, including opportunities for digital labor, copilots, and automation
  • Support product- and platform-led delivery approaches that accelerate learning, improve adoption, and sustain business impac
  • Lead teams and client workstreams in complex programs while contributing to proposals, transformat ion narratives, and capability building in AI-first transformation
  • Help build ZS's evolving methods, assets, and points of view on AI-enabled transformation, digital operating models, adaptive change, and next-generation delivery approaches

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required ; advanced degree in business, life sciences, engineering, computer science, public health, or a related field preferred
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, enterprise transformation, or technology-enabled business change, with meaningful experience in life sciences or healthcare
  • Experience leading workstreams or teams within large, complex transformation programs that combine business change, technology delivery, and organizational adoption
  • Strong understanding of modern digital and technology transformation, including some combination of AI, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, enterprise platforms, digital products, or data-driven operating model change
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI-first thinking to business problems, including redesigning processes, decisions, roles, or customer and employee workflows around new technology capabilities
  • Expe rience with process redesign, operating model evolution, workforce transition, or Human+AI ways of working is strongly preferred
  • Strong team leadership and people development skills, with experience managing junior team members and driving high-quality execution
  • Experience supporting proposals, client presentations, or pursuit teams for large digital transformation opportunities
  • Familiarity with Agile, product operating models, experimentation-based delivery, or modern change approaches is helpful; practical experience leading transformation in fast-moving environments is more important than formal certification
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and helping clients navigate emerging technologies, changing priorities, and evolving business needs with structured problem solving and sound judgment
  • Ability to own and drive end-to-end project delivery: define the problem, design research, deliver on results
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams, but US and India
  • Fluency in English
  • Client-first mentality
  • Intense work ethic
  • Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach
