The Business Development and Partnerships team plays an important role in our go-to-market strategy, collaborating closely with partners as well as our product and sales teams to identify and grow new opportunities. The team is responsible for building strategic partnerships and fostering a diverse ecosystem of technology and services partners.

As the Technology Partnerships Manager, you will be a key contributor - responsible for managing and scaling a portfolio of technology and strategic partnerships. You’ll collaborate cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales to ensure partner solutions are well-integrated with Chainalysis APIs, and that comprehensive and tactical go-to-market plans are developed and successfully rolled out with our partner ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop and execute the technology partnerships ecosystem strategy to support key team initiatives and company objectives

  • Prioritize efforts within the existing technology partner ecosystem and maximize value that Chainalysis and its partners receive

  • Simultaneously work across our technology partners to mature and deepen relationships as well as ensure stakeholder alignment across Sales, Product, R&D, Finance, Marketing and Legal teams

  • Own the end-to-end partnership go-to-market plans, including sales enablement, integration maximization, co-marketing and more

  • Develop a post-deal governance framework to ensure effective communication and reporting with key stakeholders. Define key performance indicators to demonstrate partnership value and success

  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with partners to refine strategies and enhance partnership impact

  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreement renewals that support the interests of Chainalysis and its partners, in alignment with the Strategic Growth Director

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Proven experience managing large partner ecosystems with a high-growth technology company

  • Demonstrated success in growing strategic partnerships involving complex commercial models and go-to-market structures

  • Strong ability to evaluate and prioritize the partnership ecosystem, with a focus on revenue generation and market share expansion

  • Great technical acumen with the ability to work closely with engineering and product teams on APIs and data workflows

  • Deep understanding of the technology industry, ideally with knowledge of blockchain and crypto, financial services and/or public sector industries. Familiarity with compliance and risk is a plus

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise way

  • A “no job is too small” mentality, and the adaptability to be both a player and a coach as the need arises

  • The ability to troubleshoot complex issues and course correct as necessary

  • Consistent track record of collaboration and developing trusted relationships with internal and external teams
