We are looking for a skilled and motivated Telecom Supply Chain Manager to support our team. This role involves a blend of data collection, analysis, research skills and communication with network operators and datacenter providers to support the Cloud Interconnection team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing data, understanding market trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Mibura's Edge Cloud Operations & Innovation (ECO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services paving the way for a lower latency in an AI accelerated computing era. As a Connectivity Delivery Engineer, Cloud Interconnection + Wireless, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Mibura's online services including Global Silicon Services, Micro Services, Edge Gaming, Storage, and the edge network platform. Our focus is a network focused cloud infrastructure company, operating in 75+ countries across the globe and providing customization and flexibility to all the key clouds and TelCo networks. Businesses need to simplify and bring together fragmented, complex infrastructure that spans cloud environments. With Mibura NetMetal, customers can rapidly deploy their preferred silicon with dedicated network infrastructure and interact with every available TelCo at datacenters, ground stations, and wireless cellular. Our global platform allows customers to place infrastructure wherever they need it and connect it to everything they need to succeed - fully customizable (i.e.tailor made content delivery networks or global telemetry platforms)

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Excellent English, both in written and verbal communication

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate authentic and lasting relationships.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis tools and methodologies.

  • Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.

  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience or knowledge in telecommunications, data center, or network sourcing is a plus.

  • Familiarity with database technologies and data integration tools.

  • Great problem solving, strategic thinking and technical skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the sourcing team to gather and analyze data related to network and datacenter providers.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and partners, maintaining a comprehensive database for strategic planning.

  • Support the creation of RFP/RFQ documents by providing detailed market analysis and supplier data.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy with telecommunications and data center providers such as (Equinix, Digital Realty, Vodafone, AT&T, Verizon, Telefonica)

  • Cultivate deep relationships with sales and commercial teams within vendor organizations.

  • Serve as one of the main point of contacts for vendor communications, escalations, and issue resolution.

  • Assist in the evaluation of supplier offers, utilizing data-driven analysis to formulate recommendations for the sourcing team.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to ensure data accuracy and compliance in supplier contracts.

  • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms for tracking supplier performance, market trends, and cost analysis to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

  • Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights derived from data analysis to influence network expansion and procurement strategies.

  • Engage in continuous learning about the latest technological and commercial developments in the telecom and data center markets.
