The mission of this role is to be the clinical backbone of Fresh Clinics' US platform by delivering gold standard virtual Good Faith Exams that protect patient safety, support member compliance, and uphold the integrity of every treatment facilitated through Fresh. This role reports to the Head of Clinical Excellence and works closely with the broader clinical team, member support specialists, and compliance personnel. Day to day, this NP collaborates with fellow Telehealth NPs on the roster, engages directly with Fresh member practitioners, and partners with clinical leadership during training, protocol updates, and adverse event escalations. Fresh Clinics is scaling fast in the US market and our members depend on timely, high quality GFEs to legally and safely serve their patients. As our member base grows across multiple states, we need licensed, experienced NPs who can meet that demand with consistency and clinical excellence, particularly in Texas, Illinois, and Pennsylvania where our volume is growing most rapidly.

• Conduct thorough virtual Good Faith Exams (GFEs) via video to assess patient candidacy for aesthetics, IV hydration, and wellness treatments
• Evaluate patients across an expanded clinical scope including injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels, sexual health, HRT, and weight loss
• Verify patient residency and ensure all documentation meets state-specific legal and regulatory standards
• Monitor member treatment requests and flag anything outside their approved scope of practice
• Be the clinical lifeline by answering member questions on dosing, protocols, and adverse event and complication management
• Maintain accurate and consistent patient records in EMR systems
• Participate in required training webinars to stay current on all procedures supported by Fresh

• Active NP licenses in Texas (TX), Illinois (IL), and Pennsylvania (PA). This is a hard requirement. Additional state licenses are a bonus, not a replacement
• 3+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Aesthetics, Medical Spa, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery
• Deep familiarity with aesthetics and wellness treatment options, risks, and contraindications
• Proficiency in EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and asynchronous messaging tools
• The ability to build genuine patient trust and rapport through a screen in under 10 minutes
• Confidence to provide calm, authoritative guidance during adverse events or clinical complications
• A quiet, professional, and distraction-free workspace for all patient calls

• A confident communicator who translates complex clinical information into clear, compassionate guidance
• Polished and disciplined, showing up professionally on every call, every time
• Responsive and reliable during your scheduled shifts because members and patients are counting on you
• Safety-first, always. You do not flinch in a crisis, you lead through it

This is a remote, flexible contract role and you set your own availability. We are actively prioritizing candidates with evening and weekend availability, as these are our highest-volume windows. More availability during peak hours means more consistent GFE volume and stronger earning potential.
