Temporary Program Manager

Position Summary:

The Program Manager will be a key driver in the execution and operational success of NOVUS’s most critical media initiatives. Working directly under the VP of Program Management, you will help bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tactical execution. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of project timelines, resource tracking, and cross-functional communication to ensure our media, tech, and data programs are delivered on time and with precision.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Project Execution & Tracking: Maintain detailed project plans for media buying, planning, and tech initiatives; manage daily task updates in tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• PMO Support: Assist in building and implementing standardized templates, workflows, and reporting structures to mature the agency’s PMO.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for cross-functional teams (Investments, Data & Insights, and Tech) to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.
• Client Management: Co-leading status calls, agenda, updates and follow ups for dedicated client accounts.
• Resource & Budget Monitoring: Track resource hours and program budgets against forecasts to ensure financial discipline across workstreams.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly status reports and dashboards within PM tool for leadership, highlighting milestones, blockers, and potential risks.
• Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet the established success criteria and functional requirements.

Please Note: This is a hybrid position requiring a combination of in-office work at our Chicago location and remote work from home. The specific schedule will be finalized upon hire.  We are only looking for candidates in/around the Chicago Metro Area and do not offer relocation assistance.

Position Salary

We are committed to providing salary ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $60.00 - $80.00 per Hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
