Job Description

We are looking for a Temporary Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Frisco, TX. The Corporate Recruiter will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, owning the end to end recruitment lifecycle and shaping hiring strategies that attract high quality talent. You will build strong partnerships with stakeholders, gain deep understanding of workforce needs, and deliver proactive, data driven hiring solutions that support organizational priorities. 

*This is a temporary project expected to last approx 6 months  (Office-based in Frisco, TX)

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, interest level, availability, and compensation expectations.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify alignment with job requirements and organizational needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring smooth workflow tracking and communication.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and talent databases.
  • Engage passive candidates using targeted messaging and employer branding strategies.
  • Coordinate candidate assessments, testing, and interview scheduling in collaboration with recruiting coordinators or HR operations.
  • Monitor candidate pipelines and proactively identify gaps or bottlenecks in the screening process.
  • Ensure all screening activities are compliant with EEO, diversity, and data privacy regulations.
  • Track and report on screening metrics and sourcing effectiveness using recruitment analytics tools.
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, sourcing innovations, and talent demographics to continuously improve screening strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in candidate screening, sourcing, and engagement within a structured, corporate recruiting environment.
  • Prior experience recruiting across corporate business groups (Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, IT, Data, Sales etc)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for candidate outreach, screening conversations, compensation discussions, and follow-up.
  • Proven ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to identify alignment and assess fit.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple requisitions and screening pipelines simultaneously.
  • Experience engaging and converting high-potential candidates through targeted outreach, cold calling, and relationship-building.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing screening demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to manage candidate flow and communication.
  • Advanced computer and internet research skills, including Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards related to candidate selection and screening.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate candidate documentation and screening notes.
