As a Territory Account Manager III, you'll drive growth by acquiring net new accounts and converting existing ones within a growing district or region. Managing high-profile national and corporate clients, you'll lead projects and influence key stakeholders in tech-driven organizations. Your expertise in organizational dynamics will ensure Panduit’s solutions are preferred, optimizing daily operations for our clients. What You Will Do

  • Drive Revenue in Complex Accounts: Generate high revenue by pursuing new business, expanding offerings, and maintaining a strong pipeline of profitable accounts.
  • Cultivate Trusted Relationships: Align product value with customer needs, provide expert advice, and manage all aspects of account growth in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identify and Qualify Opportunities: Assess client potential, align resources for solutions, and manage accounts through CRM.
  • Position Value Propositions: Tailor solutions to customer needs, highlight competitive advantages, and manage pricing and proposals.
  • Expand Business: Build on early successes to grow business and introduce key account management teams.
  • Document Plans and Forecasts: Create account strategies, prioritize opportunities, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
  • Build Executive Relationships: Strengthen client relationships for business planning and direct generated business through partners to boost channel performance.
  • Align Tactics with Strategy: Contribute to planning, prioritize resources, and adapt strategies to local needs while aligning with corporate goals.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelors Degree required, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 7+ years in an outside commercial capacity, including developing accounts, penetrating new accounts, and leading teams to solutions.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Demand Generation, industry knowledge, and trends.
  • Skills: Proven deal management ability, including positioning solutions and services to expand wallet share within an organization.
  • Executive Management: Demonstrated success with executive level management, in-depth account planning, and account management.
  • Software: Experience utilizing Oracle, Salesforce, or similar CRMs; skilled with Microsoft Office.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
