Position Summary:

Fully complied with the compliance/ethic/code of conducts requirements of LivaNova Group; ensure people are    conducting business in a fair and ethical fashion. Individuals in this role interpret and enforce company policy,  procedures, and business practices.

Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for specific regional business growth, included but not limited:

  • Continuously drive the sales growing in specific regions and achieve the sales target.
  • KOL management and professionally deliver technical support to specific accounts and therapy to ensure in-market sales.
  • Account management provides timely and comprehensive field market information to relative management team as requested.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely input of the sales-related data in CRM system to support the business decision.
  • Work with distributor to support order placement based on the regional sales target and phasing forecast and support reasonable channel inventory.
  • Ensure the execution of the sales strategy and business planning.

Requirements:

  • Medical Device industry experience is considered key for the role
  • Strong demonstrative customer focus
  • Proven strategic selling and marketing skills to achieve growth and sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent leadership ability
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills. Great influencing skills, with the ability to build trust
  • Bachelor’s degree in medical, Clinical, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in sales, marketing or related field
