- Analyze and improve test and debug processes to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Communicate complex technical issues to diverse audiences clearly and effectively.
- Lead efforts for yield improvement through failure mode analysis of testing discrepancies.
- Collaborate across teams to address and resolve manufacturing yield challenges.
- Balance daily production demands with long-term Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives.
- Utilize SQL and statistical software to clean and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Automate testing processes using object-oriented programming and debugging in an IDE.
- Contribute creative ideas to support Nokia’s strategy and continuous improvement efforts.
Must-Have:
- BS Degree in science or engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and statistical processing software
- Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming and test equipment automation
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues
Nice-To-Have:
- Master’s degree in a Science or Engineering field with a focus on optics
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or opto-electronic manufacturing
