Test Process Engineer

 As a Test Process Engineer at Nokia’s Allentown facility, you will play a critical role in optimizing the testing processes for our cutting-edge optical communication products.  Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software test issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team to drive improvements in test yield and reduce test cycle times.
• Develop comprehensive documentation to support testing processes and findings.
• Create and provide software tools for technicians focused on fault isolation of optical and electrical problems.

• Utilize statistical analysis techniques, including Gauge R&R and SPC, to drive process improvements.
