Ticket Sales Associate 

Position Overview: 

The Chicago Bulls are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Ticket Sales Associates to join our Inside Sales Program for the 2026-27 season. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about gaining first-hand experience in the sports industry with a dynamic team. This 9-12 month development program focuses on building the skills needed to become a full menu sports sales professional that will merit consideration for future positions with us or another organization. 

We are seeking 12 individuals to fill this program that will begin in June 2026.  

Responsibilities: 

As a Ticket Sales Associate, a large part of your success will come by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, gathering referrals, and database management. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Solicit new season ticket, group ticket, and premium seating business by telephone, email, in- person and virtual meetings (325 calls and 13 appointments completed each week) 
  • Efficiently manage targeted sales campaigns by adhering to and utilizing established touchpoint process. 
  • Set up appointments, show seats, and give arena tours with the intent to close business 
  • Provide excellent customer service to all incoming ticket information calls and current clients over the phone and at games 
  • Continually build and implement unique sales strategies, ideas and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities 
  • Represent the organization at season ticket holder events 
  • Work games, nights, weekends and holidays as assigned (i.e. execute sales events, meet with potential prospects, and conduct Fan Experience Packages) 
  • Prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities and maintain computerized records within our CRM system 
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions 
  • Contribute positively to the team's culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members 
  • Provide additional support and assistance interdepartmentally 
  • Participate in Rookie Program programming which includes a speaker and development series, mentorship program, exclusive events, final presentation, and more 

Qualifications: 

You may be a match for this role if you meet the following criteria: 

  • A four-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent proven sales experience. Experience can include sales internships.  
  • Desire to be a sales industry leader 
  • Commitment to personal integrity 
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and relationship building skills 
  • Excellent teammate, with positive energy, who has a desire to learn 
  • Ability to be coachable and open to constructive feedback 
  • Thrives in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, displays strong work ethic and leadership skills 
  • Ability to present sales material to potential clients 

Compensation & Benefits: 

This role pays $18/hour plus overtime and commission eligibility. The Chicago Bulls offer a relocation stipend for any candidates making a move to the state of Illinois.

The Chicago Bulls offer workplace flexibility. Full-time remote work is not an option for this role and interested applicants should be currently located in or prepared to move to the Chicagoland area. This role will require a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
