Job Summary

This role is ideal for someone early in their career that is familiar with TikTok that also wants to learn the fundamentals of affiliate strategy, content trends, and influencer collaboration. This role will have the opportunity to manage creator and affiliate programs across multiple brands - working directly with creators, testing content, tracking performance, and scaling what drives sales on TikTok Shop.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the U.S., with a preference for those based in Austin, TX or NW Arkansas.


Responsibilities

  • Run and grow TikTok Shop affiliate programs across multiple brands
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, delivering performance updates, proactive recommendations, and clear POVs on what’s working and what’s next
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage creators aligned with each brand
  • Communicate daily with creators to drive consistent, high-performing content
  • Test new messaging and content angles across the portfolio, using performance data to identify what works and scale it quickly
  • Build and engage creator communities (e.g., Discord)
  • Plan and execute affiliate campaigns, incentives, and activations
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and algorithm shifts, and turn insights into campaign ideas before competitors
  • Track performance data and adjust strategies to increase sales

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, creators, and TikTok Shop
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently
  • Comfortable using data to make decisions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate/Seller Center
  • Agency or multi-brand experience
  • Experience managing teams or support staff
  • Basic knowledge of paid social

Physical Demands

This is primarily a desk-based role, with a lot of time spent working on a computer and communicating with creators and team members throughout the day.

You should be comfortable:

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods (often more than half the workday)
  • Using a computer and standard office tools like printers or copiers
  • Performing repetitive tasks like typing, clicking, and navigating between tools
  • Occasionally moving light items (for example, boxes or supplies weighing up to 10–20 pounds)
