The Title Business Systems Manager serves as the operational and technological backbone of the Title Services business unit, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end projects, optimizing internal processes, and identifying opportunities where technology — including AI and automation tools — can drive meaningful efficiency and improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading cross-functional projects, supporting vendor platforms, and championing new technology to both technical and non-technical audiences. This person brings a project management mindset, a curiosity for emerging tools, and the communication skills to translate technology into practical business value for team members and title leadership alike.

This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays.
