We are seeking a Token Venture Investor with a focus on technical expertise, liquid venture capital, and community engagement to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of innovation, investment, and ecosystem building, with a passion for emerging technologies such as blockchain, Web3, AI, and gaming.

What You'll Be Working On
  • Research industry trends and identify promising technologies that align with our investment theses.

  • Formulate high-conviction investment theses in emerging technology sectors, including blockchain, Web3, AI, metaverse, and gaming.

  • Engage in community-building and marketing activities across digital platforms and in-person events to source top-tier deals.

  • Network at industry events to build relationships with founders, investors, traders, developers, and ecosystem leaders in Web3 and related fields.

  • Systematically source global investment opportunities and maintain a robust deal pipeline using CRM tools.

  • Evaluate technical architectures, tokenomics, and scalability of potential investment targets in liquid VC markets.

  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including technical audits, token protocol reviews, and market analysis.

  • Draft investment recommendations based on thesis-driven fundamental analysis.

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with founders, investors, traders, developers and ecosystem partners to foster deal flow and portfolio company success.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the investment team to drive end-to-end deal execution.

  • Manage cross-functional resources across global time zones, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

  • Evaluate business models, token protocols, and market potential for early-stage and liquid ventures.

  • Prepare detailed investment valuation analyses and presentations for the investment committee.

  • Partner with portfolio companies post-investment to support their technical and operational growth.

  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide detailed updates to management.

  • Engage with AI, Web3 and blockchain communities, contributing thought leadership and promoting our investment philosophy.




Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. 

  • Professional Experience: Up to five years of experience in roles such as product management, venture capital, business development, strategy consulting, or technical sales/marketing.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of AI & blockchain technologies, tokenomics, and decentralized protocols. Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, gaming, and virtual/augmented reality is preferred.

  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation to stakeholders.

  • Global Mindset: Experience working with multinational companies or across international markets.

  • Community Engagement: Demonstrated experience building relationships within technical and Web3 communities, with a passion for fostering ecosystem growth.
