Purpose of Role

Responsible for assisting and providing support to Wholesale Third Party Originator (TPO)  Partners and sales support. 

EXPECTATIONS

Assists partners with the pre-application process. 

Reviews all TPO Partner documentation for new approval and/or re-certification. 

Processes TPO partner Applications for final approval.

Sets up newly approved accounts in Archer.

Sets up new users in ReverseVision, Link, Salesforce, and Quantum Reverse.

Monitors and processes Comergence Alerts. 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - REQUIRED

High School Diploma

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Minimum 1 year experience in the Reverse Mortgage Industry. 

Prior understanding of FAR mortgage processes. 

Prior experience supporting Wholesale Account Executives and TPO Partners.

Ability to problem solve and handle TPO Partner inquiries.

Ability to handle daily new business, monthly recertifications, emails and alerts with a high level of customer service.

Self-motivated and excellent customer service skills.

Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 

Multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is ($45,000 - $60,000 ) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer. We offer a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time-off benefits, flexible spending account, 401(k) with employer match, and ESPP.
