If you’re looking to join a fast-paced, dynamic organization, the CW Network/Syndication Traffic Group is the place for you! As a Traffic Coordinator, you will organize information from advertisers, agencies, as well as our sales and production departments. You will perform assigned Traffic duties needed to complete the daily commercial and program station logs, while also serving as a backup to our other Traffic Coordinators for the CW Network.
Responsibilities:
· To receive, interpret and input highly detailed commercial copy based on agency instructions, flight dates, rotations and multiple revisions within log deadlines
· To work with sales and sales assistants (both internally and on the agency side) in a professional manner answering questions regarding commercials and copy rotations
· To maintain commercial copy instructions/files
· To manage and work with digital systems to receive commercial materials
· To maintain the commercial library and its inventory
· To assist with daily log editing and finalizing within log deadlines
· To be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and independently as needed.
· Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Previous Television/Radio/Advertising Traffic experience preferred
· Ability to work in a deadline driven, highly detailed environment
· Ability to multi-task and meet daily deadlines
· Ability to work quickly and efficiently
· Must be able to work well under pressure
· Must be dependable
· Be a quick learner and self-starter
· Must be able to work in a team setting with a positive attitude
· Must have good attention to detail
· Good problem solving and communication skills (both oral and written)
