Job Details
The Training & Enablement Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training and enablement programs that support First Impressions team readiness, performance, and consistency. This role partners with onboarding, operations, HR, Quality Assurance, and business leaders to develop scalable learning content, support new-hire and ongoing training, and use performance data and employee feedback to improve program effectiveness and the patient experience.
Responsibilities
Program Development
Design, deliver, and manage learning and development programs to ensure employee compliance and boost skills
Partner with our Onboarding Trainer to identify areas of opportunity in the onboarding process, strategize rollout plan, execution of the plan, and measuring subsequent results
Content Creation
Create modular content, workshops, and other methods that will resonate with our First Impressions teams
Training Delivery
Facilitate workshops, provide coaching guides for team leaders, etc.
Needs Analysis
Look for areas of opportunity in performance reporting and metrics
Anticipate needed skills and training ahead of new or changing business
Establish an ongoing process that incorporates trends from Quality Assurance, feedback from partners, and observations from First Impressions management
Performance Measurement
Measure and record success of training content including further areas of opportunity
Gather feedback from First Impressions employees on best methods of learning and resources to deliver impactful programs
Technology & Tools
Manage the First Impressions content library and leverage technology and tools to support asynchronous learning
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with vertical leaders, HR, and other business leaders to ensure alignment with company objectives

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in education, training and development, organizational development, communications, healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Experience
Demonstrated success creating training and development programs in a distributed, asynchronous learning environment
Experience with Workday learning platform
Experience facilitating live and/or virtual training sessions, workshops, or coaching programs for operational teams
Experience developing training materials, job aids, guides, and reusable learning resources for adult learners
Experience using performance metrics, quality trends, employee feedback, and leader input to identify training needs and measure training effectiveness
Experience partnering cross-functionally with operations, HR, Quality Assurance, and business leaders to support onboarding, change management, and ongoing enablement
Healthcare, call center, patient engagement, or pharmacy operations experience preferred
Skills & Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, usable training resources
Ability to build practical, engaging content for new-hire onboarding, ongoing development, and role-specific enablement
Strong facilitation and coaching skills, including the ability to adapt delivery style to different learning needs
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance reporting, quality trends, and feedback to recommend targeted improvements
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment
Collaborative approach with the ability to build trust and alignment with leaders, trainers, HR, Quality Assurance, and frontline teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and learning/content platforms; experience with Workday Learning preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and compliance expectations when working with employee, patient, or business information
Physical/Mental Demands: This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
Schedule: This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
Travel: Travel may be required for special organization or department events, department team meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other client engagements.
This is a remote position.
