We are seeking an experienced transfer pricing professional to lead the US transfer pricing function within a complex and fast-moving environment.  You’ll take full ownership of transfer pricing matters for our US operations — including modeling, documentation, policy development, and audit support — while also gaining broader exposure to international tax.

The role offers meaningful opportunities to engage with cross-border issues and expand your expertise across the global tax landscape.

This role reports jointly to the US Tax Team Lead and the Global Head of Transfer Pricing. You will work closely with colleagues across the global tax and finance organizations.

What you’ll do:
  • Own the US transfer pricing function.
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies in collaboration with global tax colleagues to ensure consistency across jurisdictions.
  • Analyze intercompany transactions and operational flows to support accurate and defensible transfer pricing positions.
  • Identify and implement improvements to transfer pricing processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Provide support on international tax matters, including tax treaty analysis, permanent establishment risk, and withholding taxes.
  • Contribute to select non-transfer pricing tax initiatives that support broader global and US tax objectives.

What you’ll get:

You’ll join a culture of collaboration and excellence, surrounded by curious thinkers and creative problem-solvers. Motivated by a passion for continuous improvement, you’ll thrive in a supportive, high-performing environment alongside talented colleagues, collectively tackling some of the toughest challenges in the financial markets.

In addition, you’ll receive:

  • The opportunity to work alongside best-in-class professionals from over 40 different countries.
  • A highly competitive compensation package.
  • Highly competitive compensation package including performance-based bonus structure.
  • 401(k) match up to 50%.
  • Comprehensive health, mental, dental, vision, disability, and life coverage.
  • 25 paid vacation days alongside market holidays.
  • Extensive office perks, including breakfast, lunch and snacks, regular social events, clubs, sporting leagues and more.
Who you are:
  • Degree in Economics is preferred.
  • 8+ years of transfer pricing experience, including experience within a public accounting firm's transfer pricing group.
  • International tax exposure is a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge of US and OECD transfer pricing principles and regulations.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or trading is preferred but not required.
  • Interest in financial markets is a plus.
  • Motivated to expand expertise into broader international and domestic tax areas.
  • Clear communicator able to translate complex tax concepts for non-tax stakeholders.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening.
