We are seeking a Travel Operations Coordinator to provide essential support to our luxury clientele before, during, and after their travels


Job Scope

  • Ensure all services are booked as sold.

  • Review costings as sold, compare them with net agreements/contracts, and verify supplier confirmations.

  • Prepare Final timings (Travel documents)

  • Support the QA/QC process of confirmed bookings including checking hotel confirmations, contacting transportation companies and guides

  • Assist in closing files by requesting bills from vendors and maintaining up-to-date travel files and records..

  • Book and Arrange all Reservations for Excursionist Itineraries - Book all services, as-sold, with our hotels and supplier.



Requirements
  • Knowledge of destinations throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and Canada (must be able to use Google Maps to plan routes and calculate travel times between locations).

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Strong business writing skills.

  • Basic knowledge of database use.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Basic Knowledge of math

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Fluency in English is required.
