This position bridges the gap between technical testing requirements and non-technical end users, ensuring testers at all experience levels can participate confidently and effectively in UAT cycles. Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), IT, and business teams, this role aligns testing scenarios with real-world workflows, coordinates testing sessions, and fosters an environment that builds user confidence and drives quality outcomes. Experience within 3E Elite and law firm environments is a strong plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
UAT Onboarding & User Enablement
  • Design and deliver clear, accessible UAT onboarding programs tailored to users with varying levels of testing experience.
  • Develop simplified training materials including test scripts, step-by-step guides, job aids, and quick-reference tools.
  • Translate complex technical test scripts into user-friendly, learning-focused formats that non-technical testers can execute independently.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions that reinforce understanding through active participation and real UAT scenarios.

Testing Support & Execution Guidance
  • Provide real-time coaching and guidance to business users during UAT execution, reinforcing learning through structured practice.
  • Lead testers through structured test case execution, ensuring scenarios are completed accurately and consistently.
  • Support users in identifying, documenting, and reporting defects clearly and effectively using established tracking tools.
  • Monitor session engagement and testing progress, identifying gaps in understanding or execution and addressing them proactively.

Collaboration & Coordination
  • Partner with SMEs, IT, QA, and business stakeholders to align UAT scenarios with real-world business use cases and user learning needs.
  • Coordinate UAT sessions including scheduling, logistics, participant communication, and facilitation.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for business users during testing, resolving questions and removing barriers to participation.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive testing environment that encourages participation and builds tester confidence.

Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze testing outcomes to identify recurring gaps in user understanding or process execution and recommend improvements.
  • Refine and update training materials and UAT guides based on feedback and observed testing performance.
  • Apply adaptive coaching techniques that meet users where they are, adjusting approach based on individual tester comfort and experience level.

QUALIFICATIONS
Business & Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain UAT concepts in plain, non-technical language using practical, relatable examples.
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing UAT onboarding activities and user support across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to guiding users through test execution and defect reporting.
  • Adaptable coaching style that adjusts to tester experience level, learning pace, and comfort with technology.
  • Strong analytical skills to detect gaps in user understanding or testing execution and implement targeted solutions.
  • Applies adult learning strategies tailored to non-technical users, emphasizing simplicity, repetition, and hands-on practice.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator capable of working with QA, IT, and business teams to align testing with operational realities.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in UAT processes, test lifecycle management, and execution/validation support.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or equivalent platforms.
  • Ability to develop and adapt simplified UAT materials including test scripts, user guides, and job aids.
  • Skilled in embedding training directly into UAT execution through guided, real-time coaching.
  • Strong understanding of business systems and workflows, enabling the ability to contextualize test scenarios within realistic business operations.
  • Experience facilitating structured UAT sessions with diverse user groups, including first-time testers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working within law firm or legal services environments.
  • Familiarity with 3E Elite (or similar legal practice management / ERP systems) and related business workflows.
  • Background in instructional design, training facilitation, or adult learning.
  • Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or upgrades involving large-scale UAT efforts.
  • This is a remote role.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in UAT coordination, business analysis, QA support, or user training roles.
  • Demonstrated experience developing training materials and supporting non-technical end users through software testing activities.
